Latino's Café Restaurante Club draws a crowd ranging from beginner dancers to serious salsa regulars, casual to smart-casual dress, spanning a broad adult age range across San Cristóbal de las Casas locals and visiting dancers drawn to the city's longest-standing salsa venue. The venue operates as a restaurant from early evening, opening Monday through Saturday from 8PM, with the dance floor filling from around 10PM onward; weekend nights draw a larger, more experienced dancing crowd than the earlier weeknight sessions.
