Located at the northern end of the Kraton complex, Sonobudoyo is Yogyakarta's premier cultural museum holding one of the finest collections of Javanese art, batik, puppets, keris daggers, and Hindu-Buddhist artifacts in Indonesia. Evening Wayang Kulit puppet performances are held here regularly.
