The Dalam Loka royal palace of the Sumbawa Sultanate in Sumbawa Besar is an impressive traditional wooden palace built entirely without nails, resting on 99 pillars representing the 99 names of Allah. The adjacent museum houses an extensive collection of royal regalia, weapons, and historical artefacts.
