Aria Hotel Budapest

The Aria Hotel Budapest is a music-themed boutique property occupying a restored neoclassical building in the 5th District, one block from St. Stephen's Basilica. The hotel opened in 2015 as part of the Library Hotel Collection, and its design concept assigns each of the 49 suites to one of four musical genres: Classical, Opera, Jazz, and Contemporary. Every suite features curated artwork, instruments, and memorabilia relating to its assigned theme.

All accommodation is suite-format, starting at the Classic Suite and ascending through Harmony, Jazz, Opera, and the signature Aria Suite. Each category offers generous proportions relative to Budapest's boutique market, with custom furnishings and high-quality audio equipment. The rooftop High Note SkyBar is among the best-positioned in central Budapest, with a direct sightline to the dome of St. Stephen's Basilica and panoramic views across Pest.

Breakfast is included in the room rate and served in the garden-level dining area. A library lounge and garden terrace are accessible to guests throughout the day. Wi-Fi coverage is strong throughout the building, and the concierge service operates at a high staff-to-guest ratio given the hotel's boutique scale.

The Belváros location puts guests within 200 metres of St. Stephen's Basilica, five minutes on foot from the Danube embankment, and ten minutes from Váci Street shopping and the Parliament building. The Hungarian State Opera House is approximately 800 metres away on foot, making the Aria's music theme more than decorative for guests attending performances there.
