Beaches Camping and Bungalows Kavala occupies a beachfront site at Batis, a coastal strip approximately three kilometres east of central Kavala along the northern Aegean shore. The site sits directly on a sandy beach with calm, shallow water that is sheltered from prevailing northerly winds, making it one of the most swimmable stretches in the immediate vicinity of the city. Kavala's Byzantine citadel, the remarkable early 19th-century Ottoman Imaret almshouse, and the Archaeological Museum — which houses significant finds from the nearby ancient city of Philippi — are accessible by car or local bus in under twenty minutes.

The site combines designated pitches for tents and caravans on level, partly shaded ground with a collection of simple bungalows and static caravans for guests who prefer a fixed structure. Bungalow units are basic: bed and storage with shared or private shower facilities, aimed at families, backpackers, and budget travellers who prioritise beach access. A bar operates through the summer season, and a playground caters to families with young children. Wi-Fi is available in communal areas.

Beach access is the property's main draw; guests reach the sand directly from their pitch, and the gradual gradient of the seabed suits children and weak swimmers. A cluster of tavernas and a small supermarket lie within easy walking distance along the coast road, supplementing the bar's limited food offer. Kavala's bus network connects Batis to the city centre with a journey of approximately fifteen minutes. The site is roughly 25 kilometres from Kavala International Airport Megas Alexandros. This is a seasonal property, operating from May through September.
