Lux Eleven Berlin

Lux Eleven is an apartment-style hotel at Rosa-Luxemburg-Straße 9–13 in Berlin-Mitte, positioned in the gallery and boutique retail corridor between Hackescher Markt and Prenzlauer Berg. Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz U2 station is a two-minute walk, connecting directly east to Alexanderplatz and west to Potsdamer Platz. The surrounding streets — Weinbergsweg, Neue Schönhauser Straße, and Oranienburger Straße — form one of central Berlin's most concentrated clusters of independent cafes, wine bars, Vietnamese restaurants, and design studios.

The building dates from the early 20th century and was converted and modernised to create 72 apartment-format units. Interiors favor a clean Scandinavian-influenced minimalism over branded extravagance: light woods, neutral palettes, and practical layouts oriented around the kitchenette or kitchen as a central element. The Studio is the entry-level unit; Junior and One-Bedroom Suites offer more living space; the Two-Bedroom Suite configuration suits families or groups of up to four who need separate sleeping areas.

All units include at minimum a kitchenette with basic cooking facilities. This design targets extended-stay guests, creative-industry professionals, and families who benefit from self-catering options without sacrificing a central Mitte address. The Hackescher Markt Saturday morning farmers' market is a 15-minute walk and makes for a practical weekly shopping run.

A rooftop terrace is open to all guests for informal use. A ground-floor bar handles reception alongside a lounge area. The hotel does not operate a restaurant — guests are directed to the dense independent food scene on surrounding streets, a deliberate positioning for those who prefer living within a neighborhood rather than inside a hotel ecosystem. A fitness centre and 24-hour reception complete the amenity offer.
