Weinstube Schellenturm

Weinstube Schellenturm occupies a 13th-century defensive tower on Weberstraße in Stuttgart, one of the few surviving fragments of the city's medieval fortifications, giving the restaurant a genuinely historic setting rare even by Stuttgart's Weinstube standards. The kitchen serves Swabian tavern classics including Zwiebelrostbraten, Maultaschen, and Flädlesuppe, a clear beef broth with thin pancake strips that is a traditional starter across the region. The dining room is intimate, with thick stone walls, low ceilings, and candlelit tables that create a warm, old-world atmosphere well suited to a quiet dinner rather than a large group gathering.
