Limassol Nightlife Guide 2026

The night-time map of Limassol: where locals drink, where the music is, and what it costs.

The short answer: start with Library Bar, Last Word and Tria Poulakia. This guide profiles 8+ bars and nightlife spots in Limassol, with prices, timing, and the practical notes that decide whether each one earns a place in your plan.

Limassol (Lemesos) is the main port and second-largest city of Cyprus, on the south coast, with a medieval castle, a revived Old Port, a long seafront promenade, a modern marina and the ancient sites of Kourion and Amathus nearby.

Limassol has the liveliest nightlife in Cyprus after Ayia Napa: a compact Old Town grid of cocktail bars and pubs around Genethliou Mitella, Ifigenias and Anexartisias streets, retro and R&B clubs, seafront hotel bars at Agios Tychonas, and a tourist strip of bars through Germasogeia and Yermasoyia.

Old Town bars fill from about 21:00 and stay busy to 02:00 or later at weekends; clubs run Friday and Saturday into the early morning. The crowd mixes Cypriots, a large expatriate community and holidaymakers, so the mood is more cosmopolitan and less package-holiday than Ayia Napa.

Nightlife tips

Stay safe and have fun.

Tip

Start in the Old Town around 21:00, when bars are busy but seats are still free, and move to a club after midnight.

Tip

Walk between Old Town bars; they sit within a few minutes of each other and taxis are scarce on Friday and Saturday nights.

Tip

Use licensed taxis or a ride-hailing app for Germasogeia, Yermasoyia and Agios Tychonas, which lie 5-12 km east of the centre.

Tip

Hotel bars such as Vista Bar charge noticeably more than Old Town bars and restrict young children indoors.

Tip

Check the venue page or social profile for opening days, since many Old Town bars close one or two weekdays.
