The format is entirely street-food and stall-based rather than sit-down dining, with visitors buying from individual vendors and eating standing or at shared outdoor tables set up around the square. The atmosphere is festive and crowded, especially in the late morning and early afternoon, drawing a mix of the local Japanese-Brazilian community, food-focused tourists, and families out for a weekend outing. There is no formal drinks program; vendors sell canned drinks, fresh juices, and occasionally sake or Japanese beer alongside the food.
