Wadi Lahami
Wadi Lahami is a remote desert valley and coastal area at the extreme southern end of the Red Sea Governorate, one of the last truly wild stretches of Egypt's coastline. The area contains ancient emerald mines worked since Pharaonic times, Bedouin campsites, magnificent desert scenery, and access to pristine, virtually undived reefs. The Lahami Bay dive center is the only facility in the area and offers exceptional diving on reefs with minimal human impact.
Hours: Accessible year-round; dive center 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
